Prices
We offer to match prices against those providing similar goods on the internet. We ask that you supply the address of the site to take up this offer. Excludes prices offered to Health Practitioners ie goods only. This does not effect the quality of the advice that we can offer you during the course.
Delivery
We use Special Delivery for next day deliveries before 1pm, we can send by first class post - please telephone us.
All orders are dispatched the same day.
In our many years experience sending Threelac , First class post has not been reliable so we prefer to send by Special Delivery. Most parcels do not fit in letter boxes so First class items often get taken back to the sorting office.
Special delivery provides a guaranteed next business day service but will need a signature on delivery. It is also traceable so if it fails to arrive as guaranteed we can find it , get it delivered and refund you. ( thankfully quite rare !)
Refunds
By law you have 7 days to return goods for refund . We have a 60 day guarantee.
Try these products risk-free for 60 days. We can help you to make this course the most effective you can find, but if fails to work for you, return it in its original packaging for a full, no-quibble refund.
For bulk purchases, we will refund the normal 60-day dosage (2 boxes of Threelac) Refunds will be made by the same method of payment as used to place your order.
Damaged goods
If your goods arrive damaged tell us within 3 days for a full replacement or refund.
Privacy policy
Candidafree.co.uk will not share your information with other companies.
We may store your questionnaire electronically , so that we can offer you informed advice on specific questions you will have during your course of Threelac.
