Delivery
We send parcels 2nd Class Recorded Delivery FREE OF CHARGE.
1st class recorded is available and is normally delivered in one working day.
Special Delivery for guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm is also available (Orders must be received before 2.00pm).All orders received before 2.00 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2.00pm Friday will be sent on Monday. Orders received during Bank Holidays will be sent on first business day.
Damaged goods
If your goods arrive damaged tell us within 3 days for a full replacement or refund.
All refunds (other than for faulty or damaged goods)will incur a transaction processing fee of £2.00
Privacy policy
Candidafree.co.uk will not share your information with other companies.
We may store your questionnaire electronically , so that we can offer you informed advice on specific questions you will have during your course of Threelac.
